How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Ken Parsons was a teacher looking for a little extra work one summer and got a job installing gutters. Shortly after learning the trade, he got the entrepreneural bug and started his own gutter business, leaving his teaching profession. He experienced great success in his first few years, but realized that to get the business to the level he desired, he would need help.
He then began his year long recruitment of his brother Ryan. Eventually Ryan left his graphic design job to work with his brother Ken. The two brothers combined their unique skill sets into building a very successful and streamlined gutter business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer both a 5 and 10 year extended warranties on all of our gutter installations. We also offer a lifetime money-back guarantee on our Leaf Solution® gutter protection.
We always have a live person answering our phones during and after business hours. Besides doing a great job installing the gutters, we add many personal touches and contacts, before, during and after the installation.
We put our clients interests first and provide in writing proofs of our insurance and workman's compensation.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 3 locations located in NY, NJ and VA. We do plan on expanding into even more locations in the future

Our office is located one mile north of the Route 55/82 intersection in LaGrangeville, NY. Just after the post office you will make a left into the Billings Plaza. We are located upstairs in Suite #3.
